The prices in real estate in Pasay, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Pasay has fallen in the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 185,283. In September this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 178,474 per m². The price for the following two months in (October, November) decreased 91 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 173,667.75 to ₱ 175,731 during December y January
Based upon to the price in Pasay (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for August is ₱ 6,479,810. During September the price had a slight fall till ₱ 5,969,971. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable reduction of 80 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 5,598,755 and ₱ 5,477,358 between December and January.
