The price per m² in Pasay has fallen in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 161,389. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 148,173. The price for the following two months in (April, May) decreased 89 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 146,048.75 to ₱ 150,113 during June y July
Based upon to the price in Pasay (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during February, the average price is ₱ 5,746,577. In March This price remains at ₱ 5,766,920. During the following two months (April, May) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 5,756,748.5 to ₱ 6,177,839.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
