The prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 92,913. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 86,675. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 89,794 to ₱ 88,409 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 133 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 89,101.5 to ₱ 118,405.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in January is ₱ 9,043,827, rising in February till ₱ 10,321,281. During the following two months (March, April) the average price fell 90 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 185 % during the last two months.
