The price per m² in Manila has remained the same in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 120,393. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 113,888. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 117,140.5 to ₱ 121,302.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 119,221.5 to ₱ 111,438 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Manila (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for November is ₱ 5,248,216. During December the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,973,668. During the following two months (January, February) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 5,110,942 to ₱ 5,391,556.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
