The rent prices in real estate in Pasay, in the Metro Manila region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Pasay has barely changed in the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,113.85. In May this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 1,119.95 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 1,116.9 to ₱ 1,152.4 per m². The price per m² has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 1,134.65 to ₱ 1,049.79 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Pasay (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is ₱ 51,525. In May This price remains at ₱ 51,899. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 49,725 to ₱ 37,942, which means a 76 % fall.

The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 4 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 1,044.19 / m².
