The prices in real estate in Makati, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Makati has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 176,737. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 184,544 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 111 %, going from ₱ 180,640.5 to ₱ 200,818.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 190,729.5 to ₱ 187,378.5 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Makati (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₱ 7,946,368. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 10,935,436. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable increase of 157 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 12,126,859 and ₱ 12,222,267 between February and March.
