The price per m² in Makati has remained the same in the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 167,254. In February this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 170,795 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 169,024.5 to ₱ 172,697.5 per m². Based upon to the price in Makati (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during January, the average price is ₱ 10,558,064. In February This price remains at ₱ 10,065,222. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable increase of 135 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 128 % during the last two months.
