The prices in real estate in Makati, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Makati has remained the same in the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 183,456. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 187,598 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 185,527 to ₱ 184,915 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 185,221 to ₱ 189,880.5 during November y December
Based upon to the price in Makati (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during July, the average price is ₱ 13,551,345. In August This price remains at ₱ 14,182,126. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable reduction of 55 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
