The price per m² in Makati has fallen in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 201,755. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 177,996. The price for the following two months in (February, March) decreased 94 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 184,284.25 to ₱ 202,633.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Makati (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 16,329,590. During January the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 13,712,262. During the following two months (February, March) the average price fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 127 % during the last two months.
