The prices in real estate in San Juan, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in San Juan has increased during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 85,578. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 93,614. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 89,596 to ₱ 92,715.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 91,155.75 to ₱ 87,267 during April y May
Based upon to the price in San Juan (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during December, is ₱ 9,525,881. During January the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 13,225,140. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 11,375,510 to ₱ 11,474,481. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 11,424,996 and ₱ 11,359,611 between April and May.
