The prices in real estate in San Juan, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in San Juan has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 96,788. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 93,532 per m². The price for the following two months in (November, December) decreased 95 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 92,554.25 to ₱ 95,195 during January y February
Based upon to the price in San Juan (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 10,038,700. In October This price remains at ₱ 10,047,520. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 10,043,110 to ₱ 10,130,900. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 117 % during the last two months.
