The prices in real estate in Malabon, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Malabon has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 72,627. In January this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 73,699 per m². The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable increment of 126 %. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 69 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 8,504,638 to ₱ 4,720,695.5, which means a 56 % fall.
