The price per m² in Malabon has fallen in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 46,776. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 48,364 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 47,570 to ₱ 45,624.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 74 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 46,597.25 to ₱ 34,514 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Malabon (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for February is ₱ 4,569,846. During March the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,084,899. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable increase of 420 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 333 % during the last two months.
