The prices in real estate in Mandaluyong, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Mandaluyong has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 102,128. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 114,240. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 108,184 to ₱ 108,192.5 per m². During February the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,653,664. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,836,250 to ₱ 4,844,093. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 114 % during the last two months.
