The prices in real estate in Mandaluyong, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Mandaluyong has remained the same in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 105,934. In June this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 104,481 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 105,207.5 to ₱ 104,568 per m². The price per m² has increased 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 104,887.75 to ₱ 111,485 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Mandaluyong (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in May is ₱ 5,294,374, rising in June till ₱ 5,768,496. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 5,531,435 to ₱ 5,495,530. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 90 %, going from ₱ 5,513,482.5 to ₱ 4,953,488.5 in September and October.
