The price per m² in Mandaluyong has fallen in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 119,747. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 108,554. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 114,150.5 to ₱ 109,671 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 111,910.75 to ₱ 110,163.5 during February y March
Based upon to the price in Mandaluyong (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 5,316,256. In November This price remains at ₱ 5,467,982. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 88 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 110 % during the last two months.
