The price per m² in Valenzuela has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 68,980. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 62,900. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 65,940 to ₱ 66,148 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 66,044 to ₱ 68,662.5 during January y February
Based upon to the price in Valenzuela (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 8,440,129. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 14,365,880. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable reduction of 79 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 290 % during the last two months.
