The prices in real estate in Valenzuela, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Valenzuela has increased during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 48,696. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 49,865 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 114 %, going from ₱ 49,280.5 to ₱ 56,362.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 90 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 52,821.5 to ₱ 47,686 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Valenzuela (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in March is ₱ 3,785,107, rising in April till ₱ 4,098,998. During the following two months (May, June) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 3,942,052.5 to ₱ 4,457,583. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,199,818 and ₱ 4,021,623.5 between July and August.
