The prices in real estate in Caloocan, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Caloocan has fallen in the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 48,401. In May this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 47,569 per m². The price for the following two months in (June, July) decreased 88 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 45,082 to ₱ 45,787 during August y September
Based upon to the price in Caloocan (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for April is ₱ 3,804,306. During May the price had a slight fall till ₱ 3,435,645. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable reduction of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 114 % during the last two months.
