The prices in real estate in Caloocan, in the Metro Manila region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Caloocan has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In June, the average price per m² was ₱ 95,478. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 67,955. The price for the following two months in (August, September) had a considerable decrease of 74 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 133 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 71,239.5 to ₱ 95,032.5 during October, and November.
Based upon to the price in Caloocan (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for June is ₱ 30,187,046. During July the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 12,999,288. During the following two months (August, September) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 21,593,168 to ₱ 23,115,620. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 86 %, going from ₱ 22,354,394 to ₱ 19,326,598 in October and November.
