In February this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 44,330 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 106 %, going from ₱ 44,438 to ₱ 47,106.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 45,772.25 to ₱ 44,555 during May y June
Based upon to the price in Caloocan (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for January is ₱ 4,101,100. During February the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 3,418,731. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,759,915.5 to ₱ 3,805,273.5. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 85 %, going from ₱ 3,782,594.5 to ₱ 3,223,090 in May and June.
