The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 161,889. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 157,089 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 159,489 to ₱ 158,445.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 158,967.25 to ₱ 177,044.5 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for February is ₱ 12,685,375. During March the price had a slight fall till ₱ 11,482,355. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 12,083,865 to ₱ 12,495,278. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 12,289,572 and ₱ 12,602,180 between June and July.
