The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Taguig has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 146,937. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 71,370. The price for the following two months in (July, August) had a considerable decrease of 76 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 212 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 96,325.75 to ₱ 204,476 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for May is ₱ 15,193,837. During June the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 11,162,160. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable increase of 195 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 87 %, going from ₱ 19,446,772 to ₱ 16,821,602 in September and October.

With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 176,704 / m², with an average ₱ 210,087 / m² price in Taguig. The properties with the highest average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 10 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 223,367 / m².

"Commercial Lot" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 286,396 / m² cost followed by "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 221,284 / m².
