The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 186,349. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 212,789. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 105 %, going from ₱ 199,569 to ₱ 210,080.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 91 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 204,824.75 to ₱ 187,373 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in October is ₱ 17,962,253, rising in November till ₱ 19,019,246. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 91 %, going from ₱ 17,811,082 to ₱ 16,257,708 in February and March.

At a price of ₱ 15,151,648 they are 36 % more affordable than the average price for Taguig. With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 156,123 / m², with an average ₱ 166,473 / m² price in Taguig. The properties with the highest average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 15 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 182,771 / m².

"Commercial Lot" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 280,554 / m² cost followed by "Apartment" with an average price of ₱ 186,772 / m².
