In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 101,256 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 99,967 to ₱ 102,699.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 101,333.25 to ₱ 102,871 during January y February
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 6,137,080. In October This price remains at ₱ 6,365,141. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 6,251,110.5 to ₱ 6,289,808.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 214 % during the last two months.
