The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 138,210. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 151,041. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 109 %, going from ₱ 144,625.5 to ₱ 157,783.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 151,204.5 to ₱ 158,060 during January y February
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 11,262,558. In October This price remains at ₱ 11,290,608. During the following two months (November, December) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 11,276,583 to ₱ 12,163,114. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 108 % during the last two months.
