The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 205,527. In February this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 208,273 per m². The price for the following two months in (March, April) had a considerable decrease of 73 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 61 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 179,160 to ₱ 109,153.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The price in January is ₱ 15,746,071, rising in February till ₱ 17,363,769. During the following two months (March, April) the average price fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 15,678,702 to ₱ 13,177,998, which means a 84 % fall.
