The prices in real estate in Marikina, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Marikina has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 63,411. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 70,180. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 66,795.5 to ₱ 67,188.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 85 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 66,992 to ₱ 56,639 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Marikina (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in December is ₱ 4,661,152, rising in January till ₱ 4,987,938. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable increase of 121 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 119 % during the last two months.
