The prices in real estate in Marikina, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Marikina has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 47,896. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 47,836 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 108 %, going from ₱ 47,866 to ₱ 51,480 per m². The price per m² has increased 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 49,673 to ₱ 52,516.5 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Marikina (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in October is ₱ 5,071,377, rising in November till ₱ 5,374,781. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 5,223,079 to ₱ 5,520,440. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₱ 5,371,759.5 to ₱ 5,059,877.5 in February and March.
