The prices in real estate in Marikina, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Marikina has increased during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 53,219. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 48,699. The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable increment of 116 %. The price per m² has increased 114 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 55,151.75 to ₱ 62,825.5 during August, and September.
Based upon to the price in Marikina (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in April is ₱ 4,245,236, rising in May till ₱ 4,871,873. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,558,554.5 to ₱ 4,595,102.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,576,828.5 and ₱ 4,738,364.5 between August and September.
