The prices in real estate in Marikina, in the Metro Manila region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Marikina has remained the same in the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 51,149. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 45,779. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 48,464 to ₱ 47,866 per m². The price per m² has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 48,165 to ₱ 51,480 during December, and January.
Based upon to the price in Marikina (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for August is ₱ 5,195,733. During September the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,876,803. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 5,036,268 to ₱ 5,223,079. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 108 % during the last two months.
