The rent prices in real estate in Valenzuela, in the Metro Manila region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Valenzuela has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 268.39. In the following month the price per m² fell considerably to ₱ 221. The price for the following two months in (June, July) fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 233.14 to ₱ 229.24 during August y September
When referring to the price in Valenzuela (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during April, is ₱ 31,930. During May the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 71,336. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable fall of 33 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 34,262.75 to ₱ 11,938, which means a 35 % fall.
