In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 81,202.5 to ₱ 81,328 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 81,265.25 to ₱ 78,930.5 during May y June
Based upon to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in January is ₱ 6,245,086, rising in February till ₱ 6,982,599. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable increase of 117 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 113 % during the last two months.
