The prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has increased during the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 86,675. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 85,604 per m². The price for the following two months in (April, May) had a considerable increment of 134 %. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 84 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 100,732.75 to ₱ 84,889 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for February is ₱ 10,321,281. During March the price had a slight fall till ₱ 9,326,634. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable increase of 136 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 11,610,355 and ₱ 11,063,974 between June and July.
