The price per m² in Quezon City has remained the same in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 81,557. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 81,099 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 81,328 to ₱ 78,930.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 80,129.25 to ₱ 78,214.5 during July y August
Based upon to the price in Quezon City (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 7,765,493. In April This price remains at ₱ 7,773,696. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 7,769,594.5 to ₱ 8,137,874. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 87 %, going from ₱ 7,953,734 to ₱ 6,882,623 in July and August.
