The prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Quezon City has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 87,943. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 69,918. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 78,930.5 to ₱ 78,214.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 114 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 78,572.5 to ₱ 89,779 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Quezon City (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for May is ₱ 8,958,645. During June the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 7,317,103. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable reduction of 85 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 157 % during the last two months.
