The rent prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has fallen during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 536.11. In the following month the price per m² fell to ₱ 480.56. The price for the following two months in (June, July) fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has risen 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 487.82 to ₱ 525.18 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Quezon City (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The rent price in April is ₱ 24,878, rising in May till ₱ 27,023. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 86 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 24,167.5 and ₱ 23,574.5 between August and September.
