In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 780.97 to ₱ 802.96 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 791.96 to ₱ 789.09 during August y September
When referring to the price in Mandaluyong (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The rent price in April is ₱ 29,671, rising in May till ₱ 34,044. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 31,857.5 to ₱ 32,111. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 31,984.25 and ₱ 31,237 between August and September.
