The rent prices in real estate in Caloocan, in the Metro Manila region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Caloocan has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 290.88. In May this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 282.59 per m². The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable rise of 176 %. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 127 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 396.2 to ₱ 502.17 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Caloocan (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for April is ₱ 57,109. During May the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 35,000. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable rise of 643 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 269 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 378,500 they are 98 % more affordable than the average price for Caloocan . With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 110 / m², with an average ₱ 398.57 / m² price in Caloocan. The properties with the most affordable average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 31 % more affordable than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 172 / m².
