The rent prices in real estate in Caloocan, in the Metro Manila region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Caloocan has risen during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 358.81. In October this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 352.24 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has risen 105 %, going from ₱ 355.52 to ₱ 373.36 per m². The price per m² has risen 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 364.45 to ₱ 395.27 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Caloocan (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 101,731. During October the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 26,350. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable fall of 45 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 118 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 62,700 they are 90 % more affordable than the average price for Caloocan . With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 3 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 111 / m², with an average ₱ 372.18 / m² price in Caloocan. The properties with the most affordable average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 34 % more affordable than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 173 / m².
