The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Taguig has fallen in the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 185,661. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 149,557. The price for the following two months in (March, April) decreased 93 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 162,122.75 to ₱ 164,165 during May y June

During February the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 11,485,127. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable reduction of 61 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 14,174,711 to ₱ 10,875,849, which means a 77 % fall.
