The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In June, the average price per m² was ₱ 149,103. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 128,258. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 138,680.5 to ₱ 143,926 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 124 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 141,303.25 to ₱ 175,814.5 during October, and November.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for June is ₱ 11,101,432. During July the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 8,302,817. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 9,702,124 to ₱ 9,587,770. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 148 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 48 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 217,857 / m².
