The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 162,665. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 173,477. The price for the following two months in (September, October) decreased 94 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 163,202.75 to ₱ 180,419.5 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in July is ₱ 16,321,437, rising in August till ₱ 17,745,531. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable reduction of 80 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 130 % during the last two months.
