The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has remained the same in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 159,930. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 209,966. The price for the following two months in (April, May) had a considerable decrease of 84 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 72 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 169,945.25 to ₱ 123,181.5 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during February, is ₱ 12,062,345. During March the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 15,885,858. During the following two months (April, May) the average price had a considerable reduction of 75 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 12,228,486 to ₱ 9,589,220, which means a 78 % fall.
