The prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has increased during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 110,162. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 100,699. The price for the following two months in (February, March) decreased 93 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 144 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 101,988.25 to ₱ 147,113.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Taguig (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during December, is ₱ 6,958,248. During January the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 11,065,095. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable increase of 134 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 135 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 19,506,196 they are 46 % more affordable than the average price for Taguig. The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 366 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 38,876,542.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 192,537 / m², with an average ₱ 200,547 / m² price in Taguig. The properties with the highest average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 70 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 227,701 / m².

"Condominium" is seen as the second most affordable property type. The dearest property type is "House" followed by "Office". At a price of ₱ 40,652,305 it is 186 % more expensive than the average price.
According to the average cost per m², the cheapest property type is "Apartment" at an average cost of ₱ 84,424 / m² followed by "Townhouse" priced at ₱ 118,133 / m². "Office" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 298,618 / m² cost followed by "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 209,888 / m².
