The average price in the Rizal region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.

The price per m² in Rizal has risen in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per m² was ₱ 84,640. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 78,520 per m². The following two months (August, September) went through an increase of 111 % in the price per m² rising from ₱ 81,580 to ₱ 90,622.5 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 71 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 86,101.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 60,707 per m² for the last two months (October, November).

During July the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 5,551,125. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 6,092,836.5 to ₱ 5,833,225.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 83 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 5,963,031 a ₱ 4,959,356.5.

Average price per bedrooms
