The average price in the Rizal region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Rizal has increased in the last 6 months. During January, the average price per m² was ₱ 66,299. The following month (February) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 84,799 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 75,549 to ₱ 77,812 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 84 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 76,680.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 64,100 per m² for the last two months (May, June).
Based upon to the price in Rizal(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. January has an average price of ₱ 7,690,099. During February the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 6,152,314. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₱ 6,921,206.5 to ₱ 7,164,330. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 69 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 7,042,768 a ₱ 4,851,989.

They are 113 % more expensive than the average price in Rizal followed by those properties with 1 with an average price of ₱ 5,916,096. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 208 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 7,031,849.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 53,644 / m² being ₱ 40,428 / m² the average value within the Rizal region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 237 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 96,493 / m².

The dearest property type is "Condominium" and is 452 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House And Lot" with a cost of ₱ 6,744,132.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 6,514 / m², followed by "Townhouse" with a price of ₱ 35,271 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 179,924 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 61,824 / m².
