The average price in the Rizal region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Rizal has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During July, the average price per m² was ₱ 50,856. The following month (August) the price increased to ₱ 57,033 per m². In the following two months (September, October) the price per m² has risen strongly to a 116 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 130 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 58,223 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 75,932 per m² for the last two months (November, December).
Based upon to the price in Rizal(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. July has an average price of ₱ 5,209,182. During August the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 4,491,597. The price in the following months (September, October) had a strong increment of 128 % going from ₱ 4,850,389.5 to ₱ 6,198,171. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 117 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 5,524,280 a ₱ 6,464,104.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the cheapest ones. They are 31 % more affordable than the average price in Rizal followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 5,763,915. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 132 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 11,635,418.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 53,471 / m² being ₱ 78,631 / m² the average value within the Rizal region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 30 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 90,771 / m².
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Farm House" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₱ 6,804,530 it is 79 % more affordable than the average in Rizal. This is followed by "Townhouse" with a price of ₱ 3,235,736. The dearest property type is "Condominium" and is 96 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 5,528,732.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Farm House with a an average cost of ₱ 6,895 / m², followed by "House And Lot" with a price of ₱ 37,253 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 154,578 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Apartment" at a price of ₱ 67,528 / m².
