The prices in real estate in Taytay, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Taytay has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 47,422. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 43,427. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 108 %, going from ₱ 45,424.5 to ₱ 48,886.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 116 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 47,155.5 to ₱ 54,792 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Taytay (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during January, the average price is ₱ 4,599,962. In February This price remains at ₱ 4,589,375. During the following two months (March, April) the average price fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 4,413,980.5 and ₱ 4,479,999.5 between May and June.
