The prices in real estate in Taytay, in the Rizal region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Taytay has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 55,737. In June this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 53,847 per m². The price for the following two months in (July, August) decreased 89 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has decreased 90 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 51,894.5 to ₱ 46,610.5 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Taytay (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in May is ₱ 4,312,924, rising in June till ₱ 4,647,075. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,479,999.5 to ₱ 4,299,689. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 105 % during the last two months.
