The prices in real estate in Taytay, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Taytay has increased during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 51,531. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 50,991 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 113 %, going from ₱ 51,261 to ₱ 58,024.5 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 54,642.75 to ₱ 56,103.5 during November y December
Based upon to the price in Taytay (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for July is ₱ 5,551,868. During August the price had a slight fall till ₱ 5,092,040. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable increase of 128 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 6,077,160 and ₱ 6,256,265.5 between November and December.
