The rent prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has fallen during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,283.24. In October this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 1,307.87 per m². The price for the following two months in (November, December) fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has had a considerable fall of 75 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 1,252.64 to ₱ 935.19 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Taguig (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 73,674. In October This price remains at ₱ 71,783. During the following two months (November, December) the price has had an average rise from ₱ 72,728.5 to ₱ 76,402.5. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 74,565.5 and ₱ 77,387 between January and February.

With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 728.02 / m², with an average ₱ 934.82 / m² price in Taguig. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 6 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 928.88 / m².
