The rent prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Rizal region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has fallen during the last 6 months. In June, the average price per m² was ₱ 905.34. In July this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 914.97 per m². The price for the following two months in (August, September) fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has fallen 95 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 873.7 to ₱ 826.41 during October, and November.
When referring to the price in Taguig (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during June, the average price is ₱ 63,968. In July This price remains at ₱ 65,068. During the following two months (August, September) the average price fell 88 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 60,630.75 and ₱ 58,849 between October and November.

The properties with the most expensive average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 13 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 910.07 / m².
