The prices in real estate in Teresa, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Teresa has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 36,562. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 39,637. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 38,099.5 to ₱ 39,842.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 80 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 38,971 to ₱ 31,061 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Teresa (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 1,527,160. In November This price remains at ₱ 1,497,594. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 1,512,377 to ₱ 1,475,580. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 120 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 2,102,437 they are 45 % more affordable than the average price for Teresa.
