The prices in real estate in Teresa, in the Rizal region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Teresa has fallen in the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 37,105. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 37,119 per m². The price for the following two months in (April, May) decreased 90 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 78 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 35,259 to ₱ 27,610 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Teresa (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. In our first sample month during February, the average price is ₱ 1,562,013. In March This price remains at ₱ 1,518,842. During the following two months (April, May) the average price fell 93 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 1,487,108.75 to ₱ 1,221,561, which means a 82 % fall.

At a price of ₱ 1,378,368 they are 16 % more affordable than the average price for Teresa. The properties with the highest average price have 2 bedrooms, Their price is 17 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 1,353,736.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 3 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 29,990 / m², with an average ₱ 31,069 / m² price in Teresa. The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 61 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 31,242 / m².
With regard to the average price based upon the property in Teresa we can see that the cheapest property type is "House And Lot" at a price of ₱ 1,161,421, they are 16 % more affordable than the average price of (!PRECIO2!). "House And Lot" has the lowest price. This price is 16 % more affordable than the average price aforementioned.
According to the average area cost by m² the cheapest property type is "House And Lot with an average price of ₱ 29,990 / m². "House And Lot" with an average cost of ₱ 29,990 / m² has the lowest price and would be directed at less affluent cities.
