The prices in real estate in San Mateo, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.

In September this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 49,285 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 49,187 to ₱ 50,918 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 50,052.5 to ₱ 53,960 during December, and January.
Based upon to the price in San Mateo (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during August, the average price is ₱ 4,542,817. In September This price remains at ₱ 4,636,149. During the following two months (October, November) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 4,589,483 to ₱ 5,247,283.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
