The prices in real estate in Angono, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Angono has increased during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 45,972. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 51,251. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 48,611.5 to ₱ 49,264.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 48,938 to ₱ 52,716 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Angono (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in July is ₱ 3,887,120, rising in August till ₱ 4,451,814. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,169,467 to ₱ 4,169,458.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
