The prices in real estate in Rodriguez, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Rodriguez has remained the same in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 41,708. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 39,770 per m². The price for the following two months in (May, June) had a considerable increment of 132 %. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 75 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 47,191.25 to ₱ 35,452.5 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Rodriguez (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 2,398,896. In April This price remains at ₱ 2,298,569. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 123 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 2,622,256.75 to ₱ 2,162,637.5, which means a 82 % fall.
