The prices in real estate in Rodriguez, in the Rizal region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Rodriguez has increased during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 35,428. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 36,549 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 108 %, going from ₱ 35,988.5 to ₱ 38,927.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 37,458 to ₱ 41,259 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Rodriguez (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during July, the average price is ₱ 2,191,174. In August This price remains at ₱ 2,288,298. During the following two months (September, October) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 2,239,736 to ₱ 2,359,539.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 2,299,637.75 and ₱ 2,410,657 between November and December.
