The prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 61,429. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 54,507. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 57,968 to ₱ 57,693.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 120 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 57,830.75 to ₱ 69,491.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Cainta (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 4,019,114. During January the price had a slight fall till ₱ 3,743,351. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,881,232.5 to ₱ 3,762,725. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 3,821,978.75 and ₱ 3,781,038.5 between April and May.
