The prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 48,819. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 43,443. The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable decrease of 82 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 42,084.75 to ₱ 42,769 during August y September

During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 2,549,370.25 and ₱ 2,643,222 between August and September.
