The prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 43,026. In September this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 42,512 per m². The price for the following two months in (October, November) had a considerable increment of 116 %. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 126 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 46,105.5 to ₱ 58,285.5 during December, and January.
Based upon to the price in Cainta (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for August is ₱ 2,773,337. During September the price had a slight fall till ₱ 2,513,107. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 2,643,222 to ₱ 2,643,794.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 28 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 55,002 / m².
