The price per m² in Pateros has fallen in the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 250,407. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 233,626. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 242,016.5 to ₱ 234,620 per m². The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 238,318.25 to ₱ 231,243 during May y June
Based upon to the price in Pateros (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during January, is ₱ 14,781,526. During February the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 18,915,225. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable increase of 115 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 18,128,888 and ₱ 18,094,602 between May and June.
