The prices in real estate in Tagaytay, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Tagaytay has increased during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 106,644. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 105,402 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 109 %, going from ₱ 106,023 to ₱ 115,543 per m². The price per m² has increased 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 110,783 to ₱ 117,850 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Tagaytay (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during July, the average price is ₱ 7,885,104. In August This price remains at ₱ 7,566,984. During the following two months (September, October) the average price had a considerable increase of 124 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 119 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 18 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 104,074 / m².

"Apartment" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 840,483 / m² cost followed by "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 134,590 / m².
