The price per m² in Tagaytay has remained the same in the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 104,498. In May this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 105,538 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 105,018 to ₱ 105,923.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 105,470.75 to ₱ 115,166.5 during August, and September.
Based upon to the price in Tagaytay (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for April is ₱ 8,985,810. During May the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 6,104,908. During the following two months (June, July) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 7,545,359 to ₱ 8,266,207.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 105 % during the last two months.
