The prices in real estate in Tagaytay, in the Cavite region have had a strong fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong fall in this city.
The price per m² in Tagaytay has had a strong decrease during the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 159,631. In the following month the price per m² decreased considerably to ₱ 41,895. The price for the following two months in (July, August) had a considerable decrease of 38 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 169 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 69,392.25 to ₱ 117,462 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Tagaytay (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for May is ₱ 10,906,994. During June the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 4,187,429. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable reduction of 54 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 115 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 30 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 97,659 / m².
