The prices in real estate in Alfonso, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Alfonso has fallen in the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 69,663. In February this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 71,146 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 70,404.5 to ₱ 68,576.5 per m². The price per m² has decreased 86 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 69,490.5 to ₱ 59,800.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Alfonso (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for January is ₱ 9,133,856. During February the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 5,784,703. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable reduction of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 6,817,845 and ₱ 7,006,313 between May and June.
