The prices in real estate in Alfonso, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Alfonso has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In February, the average price per m² was ₱ 15,431. In March this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 15,608 per m². The price for the following two months in (April, May) had a considerable increment of 294 %. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 137 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 30,536.75 to ₱ 41,892.5 during June, and July.
Based upon to the price in Alfonso (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for February is ₱ 12,270,329. During March the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 9,183,907. During the following two months (April, May) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 10,727,118 to ₱ 11,897,212. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₱ 11,312,165 to ₱ 10,658,232 in June and July.
