The prices in real estate in Alfonso, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Alfonso has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 49,748. In June this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 49,068 per m². The price for the following two months in (July, August) had a considerable decrease of 74 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 126 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 42,952.25 to ₱ 54,132 during September, and October.
Based upon to the price in Alfonso (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is ₱ 5,646,943. In June This price remains at ₱ 5,753,694. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable increase of 118 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 6,215,271 to ₱ 5,017,608.5, which means a 81 % fall.
