The prices in real estate in Indang, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.

During June the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 1,574,370. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable increase of 522 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 5,350,936 to ₱ 3,264,263.5, which means a 61 % fall.
