The prices in real estate in Indang, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Indang has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 21,946. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 19,536. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable decrease of 82 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 265 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 18,896 to ₱ 50,077 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Indang (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 11,036,556. During November the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 8,410,100. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 9,723,328 to ₱ 9,991,625. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 157 % during the last two months.

According to the average area cost by m² the cheapest property type is "House And Lot with an average price of ₱ 17,164 / m². "House And Lot" with an average cost of ₱ 17,164 / m² has the lowest price and would be directed at less affluent cities.
