The rent prices in real estate in Tagaytay, in the Cavite region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Tagaytay has fallen during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 653.34. In August this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 649.56 per m². The price for the following two months in (September, October) fell 87 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has fallen 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 609.23 to ₱ 540.53 during November, and December.
When referring to the price in Tagaytay (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average price for July is ₱ 27,900. During August the price had a slight fall till ₱ 26,150. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 27,025 to ₱ 27,808. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 90 %, going from ₱ 27,416.5 to ₱ 24,624 in November and December.
