The prices in real estate in General Trias, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in General Trias has remained the same in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 34,160. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 40,339. The price for the following two months in (May, June) had a considerable decrease of 75 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 32,503.5 to ₱ 35,326 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in General Trias (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The price in March is ₱ 3,636,914, rising in April till ₱ 3,868,987. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable reduction of 70 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 3,191,223.5 and ₱ 3,122,882 between July and August.
