The prices in real estate in General Trias, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in General Trias has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 31,608. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 36,870. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable increment of 116 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 36,922.25 to ₱ 38,472.5 during April y May
Based upon to the price in General Trias (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during December, the average price is ₱ 3,125,234. In January This price remains at ₱ 3,118,385. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,121,809.5 to ₱ 3,244,246. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 3,183,027.75 and ₱ 3,143,962.5 between April and May.

The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 93 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 2 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 59,189 / m².

"Condominium" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 121,589 / m² cost followed by "Townhouse" with an average price of ₱ 53,160 / m².
