The prices in real estate in General Trias, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in General Trias has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 29,475. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 29,632 per m². The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable decrease of 85 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 120 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 27,325 to ₱ 32,811 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in General Trias (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in September is ₱ 2,846,743, rising in October till ₱ 3,038,179. During the following two months (November, December) the average price fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 121 % during the last two months.
