The prices in real estate in General Trias, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in General Trias has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 31,222. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 38,730. The price for the following two months in (May, June) had a considerable increment of 144 %. The price per m² has increased 107 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 42,686.75 to ₱ 45,783 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in General Trias (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 2,992,201. In April This price remains at ₱ 3,038,050. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 159 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 3,903,919 and ₱ 3,932,796 between July and August.

At a price of ₱ 4,169,390 they are 46 % more affordable than the average price for General Trias. The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 36 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 4,035,919.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 40,630 / m², with an average ₱ 44,536 / m² price in General Trias. The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 162 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 55,660 / m².

"House" is seen as the second most affordable property type. The dearest property type is "Commercial Lot" followed by "Lot". At a price of ₱ 11,064,521 it is 1318 % more expensive than the average price.
According to the average cost per m², the cheapest property type is "House" at an average cost of ₱ 22,467 / m² followed by "Lot" priced at ₱ 22,616 / m². "Condominium" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 156,901 / m² cost followed by "Commercial Lot" with an average price of ₱ 49,881 / m².
