The average price in the Cavite region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Cavite has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During May, the average price per m² was ₱ 31,463. The following month (June) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 24,800 per m². The following two months (July, August) there has been a deflation of 87 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 153 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 26,242.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 40,140.5 per m² for the last two months (September, October).
Based upon to the price in Cavite(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. May has an average price of ₱ 4,166,237. During June the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 2,462,523. In the following two months the average price has decreased 62 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 129 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 2,692,400.5 a ₱ 3,482,759.5.

They are 41 % more affordable than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 3,510,560. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 82 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 4,234,305.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of ₱ 42,244 / m² being ₱ 50,908 / m² the average value within the Cavite region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 130 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 49,911 / m².

Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 6,155 / m², followed by "Farm House" with a price of ₱ 12,514 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 128,009 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of ₱ 45,098 / m².
