The average price in the Cavite region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cavite has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 56,786. The following month (December) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₱ 27,794 per m². The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 72 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 81 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 36,349.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 29,581 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Cavite(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₱ 4,235,898. During December the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 2,712,105. In the following two months the average price has decreased 71 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has reduced 87 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 2,968,400.75 a ₱ 2,573,829 in March and April.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones. They are 8 % more affordable than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 3,279,596. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 162 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 3,724,406.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 42,181 / m² being ₱ 30,604 / m² the average value within the Cavite region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 304 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 50,456 / m².
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Apartment" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₱ 2,686,149 it is 42 % more affordable than the average in Cavite. This is followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 1,930,847. The dearest property type is "Condominium" and is 83 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House And Lot" with a cost of ₱ 3,111,837.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 6,869 / m², followed by "Apartment" with a price of ₱ 23,439 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 143,621 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 48,369 / m².
