The average price in the Cavite region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Cavite has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During December, the average price per m² was ₱ 27,237. The following month the price decreased to ₱ 24,772 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 26,004.5 to ₱ 27,128 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has increased 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 26,566.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 30,423.5 per m² for the last two months (April, May).
Based upon to the price in Cavite (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. December has an average price of ₱ 2,947,135. During January the price had a slight deflation till ₱ 2,667,141. The average price for the following two months (February, March) decreased 94 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 2,723,921.5 to ₱ 2,706,162 during April and May.

They are 35 % more affordable than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 3,179,254. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 7,151 / m², followed by "Apartment" with a price of ₱ 23,519 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 143,341 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 39,678 / m².
