The average price in the Cavite region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Cavite has increased in the last 6 months. During December, the average price per m² was ₱ 24,033. The following month (January) the price increased to ₱ 27,215 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 25,624 to ₱ 25,697.5 per m². In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 25,660.75 to ₱ 25,426 during April and May.
Based upon to the price in Cavite(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample December the average price is ₱ 2,041,101. In January the price was the same at ₱ 2,141,898. The price in the following months (February, March) had a strong increment of 124 % going from ₱ 2,091,499.5 to ₱ 2,591,099.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₱ 2,341,299.5 to ₱ 2,371,721.5 during April and May.
The graph displaying the the average price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones. They are 30 % more affordable than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 2,458,736. The most costly properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 94 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 4,357,491.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 3 bedrooms are the dearest ones with a price of ₱ 29,005 / m² being ₱ 26,569 / m² the average value within the Cavite region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 440 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 33,737 / m².
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Lot" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₱ 2,546,284 it is 43 % more affordable than the average in Cavite. This is followed by "Apartment" with a price of ₱ 1,451,350. The dearest property type is "Condominium" and is 132 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House And Lot" with a cost of ₱ 3,747,079.
Based on the average cost per m² the cheapest property type is "Lot with a an average cost of ₱ 6,985 / m², followed by "Apartment" with a price of ₱ 22,179 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 147,488 / m² is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 51,860 / m².
