The prices in real estate in Carmona, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Carmona has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 33,927. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 35,032 per m². The price for the following two months in (November, December) decreased 90 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 32,675.5 to ₱ 36,093.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Carmona (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 17,518,717. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 23,352,254. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 124 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₱ 22,888,772 to ₱ 21,561,720 in January and February.
