The prices in real estate in Carmona, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Carmona has fallen in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 43,329. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 42,911 per m². The price for the following two months in (May, June) decreased 90 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 40,906.5 to ₱ 41,926.5 during July y August
Based upon to the price in Carmona (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during March, is ₱ 3,342,495. During April the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 4,175,665. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 3,759,080 to ₱ 3,629,638. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 265 % during the last two months.
