The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 33,747. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 39,063. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable increment of 119 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 39,827 to ₱ 41,318 during April y May
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during December, the average price is ₱ 2,461,422. In January This price remains at ₱ 2,565,343. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable increase of 122 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 114 % during the last two months.

With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 37,652 / m², with an average ₱ 38,675 / m² price in Imus. The properties with the highest average prices have 4 bedrooms. They are 23 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 45,669 / m².
