The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 18,464. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 29,341. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from ₱ 23,902.5 to ₱ 25,456.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 112 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 24,679.5 to ₱ 27,698 during August, and September.
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during April, is ₱ 1,800,669. During May the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 2,354,514. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 92 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 105 % during the last two months.

At a price of ₱ 2,177,847 they are 40 % more affordable than the average price for Imus. The properties with the highest average price have 4 bedrooms, Their price is 74 % more costly than the average. After that we have properties with 1 bedroom priced at ₱ 2,516,588.
With regard to the average price per m² , those properties with 2 bedrooms are the cheapest ones at a cost of ₱ 26,337 / m², with an average ₱ 30,240 / m² price in Imus. The properties with the highest average prices have 1 bedroom. They are 162 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 4 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 35,301 / m².

According to the average cost per m², the cheapest property type is "House" at an average cost of ₱ 27,495 / m² followed by "House And Lot" priced at ₱ 28,550 / m². "Townhouse" is the most costly type of property with a ₱ 39,351 / m² cost followed by "Lot" with an average price of ₱ 38,281 / m².
