The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has increased during the last 6 months. In June, the average price per m² was ₱ 34,166. In July this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 33,852 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 111 %, going from ₱ 34,009 to ₱ 37,624.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 35,816.75 to ₱ 38,701 during October, and November.
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for June is ₱ 2,547,124. During July the price had a slight fall till ₱ 2,401,796. During the following two months (August, September) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 2,474,460 to ₱ 2,676,229. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 113 % during the last two months.
