The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 29,285. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 26,162. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 27,723.5 to ₱ 27,114 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 124 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 27,418.75 to ₱ 34,051 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 2,113,151. During October the price had a slight fall till ₱ 1,931,106. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 119 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 173 % during the last two months.
