The prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Imus has remained the same in the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 35,972. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 31,932. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 33,952 to ₱ 32,840 per m². The price per m² has increased 112 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 33,396 to ₱ 37,368.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Imus (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 3,051,705. During January the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 2,459,609. During the following two months (February, March) the average price fell 87 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 114 % during the last two months.
