The prices in real estate in Tanza, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Tanza has increased during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 33,032. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 34,890. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 115 %, going from ₱ 33,961 to ₱ 38,896 per m². The price per m² has decreased 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 36,428.5 to ₱ 32,587.5 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Tanza (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during January, the average price is ₱ 1,760,377. In February This price remains at ₱ 1,729,688. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable increase of 119 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 1,914,435.5 and ₱ 1,851,788.5 between May and June.
