The prices in real estate in Trece Martires, in the Cavite region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Trece Martires has increased during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 38,830. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 41,767. The price for the following two months in (June, July) decreased 94 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 120 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 39,127.5 to ₱ 47,063 during August, and September.

In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 2,348,303.5 to ₱ 2,292,493.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 2,320,398.5 and ₱ 2,364,299 between August and September.
