The prices in real estate in Trece Martires, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Trece Martires has fallen in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 61,171. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 56,695. The price for the following two months in (May, June) decreased 91 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has increased 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 56,420.75 to ₱ 62,665 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Trece Martires (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during March, the average price is ₱ 2,998,224. In April This price remains at ₱ 2,878,867. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 2,938,545.5 to ₱ 2,867,507. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 126 % during the last two months.
