The prices in real estate in Trece Martires, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Trece Martires has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 37,483. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 50,166. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 108 %, going from ₱ 43,824.5 to ₱ 47,427.5 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 128 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 45,626 to ₱ 58,403.5 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Trece Martires (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The price in July is ₱ 2,317,696, rising in August till ₱ 2,480,987. During the following two months (September, October) the average price fell 95 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 2,334,431.5 and ₱ 2,409,914.5 between November and December.
