The rent prices in real estate in Imus, in the Cavite region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Imus has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 174.78. In May this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 168 per m². The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable rise of 167 %. The price per m² has risen 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 229.1 to ₱ 250.75 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Imus (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price for April is ₱ 14,298. During May the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 11,155. During the following two months (June, July) the price has had an average rise from ₱ 12,726.5 to ₱ 14,536.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 107 % during the last two months.
