The prices in real estate in Cavite City, in the Cavite region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Cavite City has fallen in the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 29,595. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 34,357. The price for the following two months in (June, July) had a considerable decrease of 72 with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has decreased 94 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 27,460.75 to ₱ 25,790 during August, and September.
Based upon to the price in Cavite City (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during April, is ₱ 4,602,946. During May the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 6,087,703. During the following two months (June, July) the average price had a considerable reduction of 40 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 3,751,432 to ₱ 2,775,202.5, which means a 74 % fall.
