The prices in real estate in Cavite City, in the Cavite region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Cavite City has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 21,259. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 23,625. In the following two months the price per m² has increased 109 %, going from ₱ 22,442 to ₱ 24,531.5 per m². The price per m² has increased 112 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 23,486.75 to ₱ 26,318 during May, and June.
Based upon to the price in Cavite City (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during January, the average price is ₱ 2,115,275. In February This price remains at ₱ 2,208,058. During the following two months (March, April) the price has had an average incrementation from ₱ 2,161,666.5 to ₱ 2,363,726.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 127 % during the last two months.
