The rent prices in real estate in Cainta, in the Rizal region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Cainta has risen during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 246.82. In October this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 247.11 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has risen 105 %, going from ₱ 246.96 to ₱ 259.99 per m². The price per m² has risen 115 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 253.48 to ₱ 291.32 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Cainta (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₱ 7,019. In October This price remains at ₱ 6,919. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable rise of 122 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 128 % during the last two months.

With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 199 / m², with an average ₱ 299.68 / m² price in Cainta. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 13 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 1 bedroom with a price at ₱ 290.91 / m².
