The price per m² in Bacoor has fallen in the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 55,911. In the following month the price per m² decreased to ₱ 50,582. The price for the following two months in (July, August) decreased 91 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 50,844.25 to ₱ 49,564 during September y October
Based upon to the price in Bacoor (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is ₱ 4,783,100. In June This price remains at ₱ 4,825,020. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,804,060 to ₱ 4,793,042. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 91 %, going from ₱ 4,798,551 to ₱ 4,385,355 in September and October.
