The rent prices in real estate in Muntinlupa, in the Metro Manila region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Muntinlupa has barely changed in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 554.77. In the following month the price per m² fell to ₱ 486.48. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 520.62 to ₱ 527.85 per m². The price per m² has risen 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 524.24 to ₱ 553.43 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in Muntinlupa (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₱ 68,949. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 79,672. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 74,310.5 to ₱ 77,134.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 107 % during the last two months.
