The rent prices in real estate in Muntinlupa, in the Metro Manila region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Muntinlupa has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 480.9. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 542.66. In the following two months the price per m² has risen 112 %, going from ₱ 511.78 to ₱ 571.58 per m². The price per m² has risen 111 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 541.68 to ₱ 603.59 during April, and May.
When referring to the price in Muntinlupa (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The rent price in December is ₱ 70,842, rising in January till ₱ 77,358. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable rise of 118 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 118 % during the last two months.
