The rent prices in real estate in Makati, in the Metro Manila region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Makati has risen during the last 6 months. In April, the average price per m² was ₱ 938.4. In May this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 961.1 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 949.75 to ₱ 992.32 per m². The price per m² has risen 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 971.03 to ₱ 1,025.2 during August, and September.
When referring to the price in Makati (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during April, the average price is ₱ 74,138. In May This price remains at ₱ 76,343. During the following two months (June, July) the average price fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 131 % during the last two months.
