The rent prices in real estate in Makati, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Makati has fallen during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,051.38. In April this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 1,039.84 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 1,045.61 to ₱ 1,001.27 per m². The price per m² has fallen 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 1,023.44 to ₱ 938.36 during July, and August.
When referring to the price in Makati (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for March is ₱ 76,607. During April the price had a slight fall till ₱ 67,638. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable fall of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 66,151.75 to ₱ 50,615.5, which means a 77 % fall.
