In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 1,035.68 to ₱ 1,051.2 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 1,043.44 to ₱ 1,045.61 during March y April
When referring to the price in Makati (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is ₱ 86,837. In December This price remains at ₱ 84,614. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 90 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 88 %, going from ₱ 81,536 to ₱ 72,122.5 in March and April.
