The rent prices in real estate in Taguig, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Taguig has fallen during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 1,028.41. In January this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 980.4 per m². The price for the following two months in (February, March) fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has fallen 89 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 971.89 to ₱ 865.82 during April, and May.
When referring to the price in Taguig (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 73,963. During January the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 57,769. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 65,866 to ₱ 65,090. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 108 % during the last two months.

With regard to the average price per m², those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones at a cost of ₱ 596.87 / m², with an average ₱ 772.44 / m² price in Taguig. The properties with the most expensive average prices have 2 bedrooms. They are 27 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 3 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 941.54 / m².

"Commercial Lot" is the most expensive type of property with a ₱ 1,157.93 / m² value followed by "Apartment" with an average price of ₱ 989.62 / m².
