The rent prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has risen during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was ₱ 494.63. In the following month the price per m² rose to ₱ 526.37. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 510.5 to ₱ 526.29 per m². The price per m² has risen 109 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 518.4 to ₱ 566.39 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average price for November is ₱ 28,754. During December the price had a slight fall till ₱ 25,564. During the following two months (January, February) the average price fell 89 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 110 % during the last two months.
