The rent prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has barely changed in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 572.47. In April this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 560.3 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 566.39 to ₱ 559.84 per m². The price per m² has risen 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 563.11 to ₱ 618.07 during July, and August.
When referring to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average price for March is ₱ 31,244. During April the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 25,178. During the following two months (May, June) the average price fell 94 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 114 % during the last two months.
