The rent prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In January, the average price per m² was ₱ 485.55. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 567.03. In the following two months the price per m² has risen 108 %, going from ₱ 526.29 to ₱ 566.39 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 546.34 to ₱ 559.84 during May y June
When referring to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during January, is ₱ 21,846. During February the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₱ 26,491. During the following two months (March, April) the average price had a considerable rise of 117 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 26,189.75 and ₱ 26,491 between May and June.
