The rent prices in real estate in Quezon City, in the Metro Manila region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Quezon City has risen during the last 6 months. In May, the average price per m² was ₱ 549.77. In June this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 569.91 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has risen 110 %, going from ₱ 559.84 to ₱ 618.07 per m². The price per m² has risen 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 588.95 to ₱ 665.64 during September, and October.
When referring to the price in Quezon City (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during May, the average price is ₱ 26,788. In June This price remains at ₱ 26,194. During the following two months (July, August) the average price had a considerable rise of 118 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 28,821.75 and ₱ 29,153.5 between September and October.
