The prices in real estate in Bocaue, in the Bulacan region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Bocaue has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per m² was ₱ 19,896. In August this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 20,857 per m². The price for the following two months in (September, October) had a considerable increment of 134 %. The price per m² has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 23,855 to ₱ 26,124.5 during November, and December.
Based upon to the price in Bocaue (cities), this has gone downing the last 6 months. The average price for July is ₱ 1,728,341. During August the price had a slight fall till ₱ 1,588,097. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 1,658,219 to ₱ 1,614,085.5. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 1,636,152.25 and ₱ 1,691,634.5 between November and December.
