The prices in real estate in Bocaue, in the Bulacan region have had a minor fall in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have fallen in this city
The price per m² in Bocaue has fallen in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 26,681. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 29,599. The price for the following two months in (May, June) decreased 92 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per m² has had a considerable deflation of 79 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 27,048 to ₱ 21,265 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Bocaue (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in March is ₱ 1,503,476, rising in April till ₱ 1,653,024. During the following two months (May, June) the average price had a considerable increase of 134 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 1,844,569 and ₱ 1,893,951.5 between July and August.
