The prices in real estate in Malolos, in the Bulacan region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Malolos has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 26,301. In the following month the price per m² increased to ₱ 28,659. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable increment of 120 %. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 4,489,354. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,668,247.5 to ₱ 4,830,829.5. During the last two months the average price has had a strong fall compared to the previous four going from ₱ 4,749,538.5 to ₱ 3,103,672, which means a 65 % fall.
