The prices in real estate in Marilao, in the Bulacan region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per m² in Marilao has remained the same in the last 6 months. In March, the average price per m² was ₱ 49,243. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 48,340 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 48,791.5 to ₱ 47,076 per m². The price per m² has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 47,933.75 to ₱ 51,794.5 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Marilao (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for March is ₱ 4,564,106. During April the price had a slight fall till ₱ 3,942,638. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 4,253,372 to ₱ 4,121,686. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 154 % during the last two months.
