The prices in real estate in Bulacan, in the Bulacan region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per m² in Bulacan has increased during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per m² was ₱ 24,644. In September this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₱ 23,737 per m². The price for the following two months in (October, November) had a considerable increment of 130 %. The price per m² has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 27,833.5 to ₱ 26,781.5 during December y January
Based upon to the price in Bulacan (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during August, the average price is ₱ 1,767,779. In September This price remains at ₱ 1,803,950. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable increase of 156 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 110 % during the last two months.
