The prices in real estate in Bulacan, in the Bulacan region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Bulacan has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In December, the average price per m² was ₱ 24,786. In the following month the price per m² increased considerably to ₱ 34,943. In the following two months the price per m² has barely changed, going from ₱ 29,864.5 to ₱ 29,064 per m². The price per m² has had a considerable increase of 129 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 29,464.25 to ₱ 38,086.5 during April, and May.
Based upon to the price in Bulacan (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₱ 3,608,778. During January the price had a considerable reduction till ₱ 2,574,716. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable reduction of 70 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 107 % during the last two months.

The properties with the highest average prices have 3 bedrooms. They are 22 % more expensive than the average followed by properties with 4 bedrooms with a price at ₱ 45,069 / m².
