The average price in the Bulacan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bulacan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During May, the average price per m² was ₱ 23,298. In June the price pretty much stayed the same at ₱ 23,329 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 23,313.5 to ₱ 23,560 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 143 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 23,436.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 33,418.5 per m² for the last two months (September, October).
Based upon to the price in Bulacan(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. May has an average price of ₱ 3,022,812. During June the price had a strong deflation till ₱ 1,825,357. In the following two months the average price has decreased 74 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 135 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 2,105,428 a ₱ 2,842,229.
