The average price in the Bulacan region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bulacan has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was ₱ 30,713. The following month (December) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₱ 35,500 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₱ 33,106.5 to ₱ 31,877 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant increase of 124 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 32,491.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 40,137.5 per m² for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Bulacan(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₱ 2,469,639. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₱ 2,942,504 The average price for the following two months (January, February) decreased 92 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has risen 114 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 2,592,483.25 a ₱ 2,942,771 in March and April.
